Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the jilibaby platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jilibaby will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify jilibaby immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
jilibaby implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Prior to processing any withdrawal, you will be required to submit valid government-issued identification. Acceptable Philippine identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, driver's licence issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), and Philippine passport. jilibaby may also request proof of payment method ownership where funds have been deposited via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or other payment channels.
All transactions on jilibaby are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise indicated. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by account tier and payment method; current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
jilibaby supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), GrabPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20 network). jilibaby does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees independently.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilibaby's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilibaby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if jilibaby has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jilibaby does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, security patching, and circumstances beyond jilibaby's control (including internet service provider failures, force majeure events, or regulatory interventions) may temporarily affect platform availability.
jilibaby reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jilibaby platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease use of the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jilibaby platform shall first be referred to jilibaby's customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules. Players may also contact the relevant Philippine regulatory authority if they believe jilibaby has failed to comply with applicable gaming regulations.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to protect that party's rights pending resolution of a dispute.
